Constructed by Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France as main contractor, this technology centre consists of 57,000 m² on six storeys, along with three levels of underground parking. The building, which has been awarded High Environmental Quality (HQE) certification, is equipped with numerous environmentally friendly features and systems: heat recovered from the computer rooms is used to provide room heating in the winter and hot water, sun screens for the southern facade reduce the building's needs in air-conditioning, light fittings equipped with photoelectric cells vary the lighting intensity according to the natural light, and there is a mechanism for recovering rainwater to be used for watering the gardens, etc.
