Bouygues Construction designed and built the Pesquero tourist centre, the largest of its type on the island (29 ha). This innovative project took the form of a turnkey operation and the contract framework included for design, construction, interior decoration and fit-out. The project was completed in record time thanks to high performance equipment and an optimal level of organisation. This success has led to Bouygues Construction being awarded a large number of other design & build contracts in Cuba over the last few years.
